Water jet cutting is a precision manufacturing process that uses a high-pressure stream of water, often mixed with abrasive particles, to cut a wide range of materials. The process begins with water being pressurised up to 60,000 psi or more. This pressurised water is then expelled through a narrow nozzle, creating a powerful cutting jet.
