Stephen joined Hardscape as Operations Manager in June 2022. He arrived at Hardscape with over 20 years’ experience of People Management, Health & Safety, and Management Systems compliance, fitting in perfectly with the company’s responsibility strategies for the future. Stephen is an affiliate of IOSH and has a NEBOSH Certification in Occupational Health and Safety, understanding the methods to improve and benefits of a strong Health and Safety culture.
He cares passionately for the environment and has a personal mission to leave the planet in a better place for future generations. He particularly has an affinity for all animals and enjoys wildlife documentaries, walking with his family and dog, camping trips, and attending country shows. He also has a love of quizzes, and his specialist subjects include his love of 80’s music, science fiction movies – especially Harry Potter, and the natural world.
